The Black Nerds Create community is a place to help folks build authentic connections that inspire and encourage their creative works. Through conversations surrounding pop culture, arts, and current events, we hope this space leads you to think about the world more deeply and explore creative possibilities in whatever form they take. We strive for this to be a safe space for everyone, but the needs and considerations of Black folks, specifically Black people of marginalized genders, will be placed above all others.
If you are interested in joining the community, please read the Code of Conduct.
Discord servers allow for voice and video channels and it is where our community gathers to talk, group watch shows and movies, play video games together, and work on creative projects. If you have never previously been a part of a Discord server, consider reading this FAQ before you get started.

Black Nerds Create Community Events are created by and for members of the community.
This is a community calendar to keep track of what BNC members are doing together and to make it easier for folks to find stuff they’re interested in participating in. If you are leading regular group discussions in any of the Discord channels, playing games together, holding watch parties, hosting meetups, and more, you can add your event and share with the rest of the community! You can also add events you’re apart of that you want BNC Community members to watch or listen to, like live streams or other appearances.
